God and Tables

When I left the house this morning, I had a list a mile long. Looking at it weighed me down (TABLE DECISION was at the top of it). So I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and said a prayer:

Lord, I give this day to you. I give this long list of things to do to you. I give the table decision to you. Help me to see with your eyes today. 

And you know what? At this late hour on Monday night, I still don't have a decision to announce (so very close!), but I can tell you this: I had the BEST day. Too many "God things" for one post, but here's a highlight: when asked how she "does it," a fabulously successful Houston shop owner said something along these lines...

I ask God. I pray. I ask him to show me things [even which markets to go to]...and He does.

Jill, I sure hope you don't mind that I overheard your interview and shared, but I am so WITH YOU! Just hearing that made me want to buy a table from Brown. Here are a few I saw today:

One thing is for sure: I'll sleep peacefully tonight. Hang in there for a decision, friends!
